If, as stated above you make modifications to the code that controls the premium theme, you will definitely see errors. All themes are tested before I submit them and then tested again by Spruz before they are approved.
It is clearly evident when visiting the site, that the code has been horribly modified and if left untouched by inexperienced users would look just fine! I suggest you revert back to the default settings that were provided with the theme, which is designed on a strict dimension structure or remove the theme.
The dimensions have been changed by the owner of the site that purchased the theme. In doing this, they have caused some issues to appear when visiting pages within the network. I can bet you anything, this theme worked very well before it was hacked by the owner.
@Randya, it is not the theme that is not working. It is the additional junkie modifications made to the original code of the premium theme.
