Okay so i use to have a caln site like years ago! and it got deleted so i made a new one now! and i cant figure out how to get that glossy black border that i use to have around the header and footer, its in the free halo theme preview picture! help would be appreciated!

I'm not 100% sure what you are referring to, but it sounds like the old overlays we used to have as an option from the design editor. Those were removed from the editor, but you can still use them by putting them into the advanced css modifier area. Click on manage and then site appearance like your going to design your site colors and such. Then click on advanced and put the code for them in the box that appears.
